Chocolate Eclair Cake

This recipe is fantastic. I used chocolate pudding and added mini marshmallows to mine. It tasted like a giant Smore. My co-workers loved it. I will be making this dessert for Thanksgiving Dinner for a local restaurant.

Lady Baltimore Frosting

This was a fabulous frosting. Very easy to do and made quite a bit of frosting.

Golden Rum Cake

Absolutely fantastic and very easy to make. I used Malibu Rum to give it a coconut flavor and it was met with great joy from my co-workers.
