Gooey Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
I was pleasantly surprised with the oh so easy cookies! They are easy to make and perfect if you are in a bind because they take very few ingredients. The only draw back for me was that they are a little dry, and are actually more moist the longer they sit. But i will make these again regardless of that...they are still good and easy cookies. :)

The sage cooked in the butter give these Gnocchi a great flavor! I added a Parmesan/Romano blend of cheese to mine, it tasted so good.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
I loved this recipe, and i think letting it sit with the spices on before cooking really help the spices stick during the cooking process and can be applied to cooking any fish,
