Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
Sheesh, what else can I say about this? It's delicous! I had to sautee the onions/garlic then add the chilis and jalapenos and the beans and then I puree EVERYTHING in the blender. My loving boyfriend doesn't eat "chunks" but if I blend it he's none the wiser! Actually, I think I would prefer it this way even if I didn't live with Mr. Picky. It made the chili very rich! I also pureed with it some Salsa Verde for fun. YUMMO!
