Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
These were just OK. I fixed them for my father-in-law, who is diabetic. They were very crumbly, but tasted all right. I probably won't make them again.

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad
I took this recipe to a picnic yesterday and it got lots of compliments. I used red cabbage for color and it was beautiful. I also didn't use the chicken ramen noodles because I'm vegetarian. Instead I tossed in chow mein noodles at the end which worked out great. I will definitely make it again and again!

Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup
I really enjoyed this soup and will definitely make it again. My kids though it was a little too spicy, but it was perfect for me!
