Mexican-Style Goulash
I added a little more macaroni and more water. Other than that, I thought this was great as written.

Ranch Dressing II
I used homemade buttermilk (2% milk and vinegar) instead of the sour cream to make the dressing thinner. I like mine thin because I use less which means less calories.
