Octoberfest German Potato Salad

This was the first potato salad that I made, and it was great. Made for an Octoberfest party at a friends house, and this was the first dish to go.

Black Forest Cake II

The cake it self was great, unfortunately the icing wasnt. There was no direction to add the chocolate. I improvised and used a Betty Crocker Chocolate icing, and got rave reviews on the cake.

Words cannot say how beautiful this recipe is!! I made this for some friends, and every one loved it. Jersey Tomato I personally want to thank you for posting this recipe. I will always refer to this recipe for my French Onion Soup. I have searched for a "classic" french onion, and I believe I will get none other than this. I did not have any chicken stock- so I use all beef broth. As well, I had no cooking sherry, so I used some of my favorite red wine.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

What a quick and tasty meal ! Although my hubbie is a "meat eater", he enjoyed this very much. I too, added just a touch of brown sugar, as well as some Cumin to taste. I will definitely make this again. Even though this is a vegetarian dish next time I think I will added some shredded chicken ( to make the hubbie happy). :)
