Traditional Mashed Potatoes
thought i would use this recipe, just to amuse myself and see if it mattered if you measured everything just for mashed potatoes but this is how to make the perfect mashed potatoes every time!! great recipe!

Chicken Enchiladas II
the recipe was okay, nothing amazing tho - it needs some more spice, more flavor, and was a bit too creamy for my taste, but like I said, wasn't bad
