Apple Strudel Muffins

This was good, but I didn't expect it to be a little dry and tasteless. So I will make it again, but with a few changes like adding some spice and finding a way to make 'em moister.

Ok, five stars. This was great! I had some friends over for dinner and I choose this because, we live in Brazil, so as simple as it is in the US, I thought everyone would be surprised. And surprised they were! The only thing I did was add some salt to the beef to fit our taste.

Black Magic Cake

OMG! Wonderful! What I did, since it was my hubby's b-day, I made too fillings, one coconut flavored witch I made up, and this one http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chocolate-Ganache/Detail.aspx witch I also used as topping. Let just say - DUDE! lol! It tasted just like Petit Gâteau! We all loved it, and it was gone in a jiffy.

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken

This was pretty good, but it needs a lot more salt in my opinion. So I'm thinking brine it first. 1/2 teaspoon of salt for the entire chicken did sound off. So I did add a little more, not nearly enough for our taste.
