Sweet Potato Pie VII
We loved this pie. It has just the right amount of sweetness to it. I added 1/4 cup nutmeg and 1/4 cinnamon. This will be the recipe I make for future sweet potato pies.

Sweet Potato Pie IX
Maybe it was the natural sweetness in the sweet potatoes I used, but we found this recipe too sweet. I will try it next time with half the sugar.
