Baked Ziti with Turkey Meatballs
Made this. Only thing I would say is a recipe for tomato sauce is needed. I did crushed tomatoes (no oil, no salt, no spices), added onions, mushrooms and garlic sauteed in olive oil, salt to taste, fresh basil, oregano and a couple of thyme springs. Simmer for 2 hours.

Pumpkin Cheesecake
So good and SOOO rich! Made it for christmas yesterday was a hit. Turned out perfect. Used a springform pan, no water bath or anything. After cooking time, I let the cheesecake sit in the oven with the door open for 1 hour, then I cooled on a rack in kitchen for 1.5 hours, then fridge overnight. Served it for dinner next day. It set perfectly!

New Orleans Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Made this yesterday for christmas. Was a hit. Followed directions exactly. USed a glass deep dish pie pan. Spread the chips on the crust as another reviewer suggested. Used light corn syrup. Store-bought refrigerated pie crust brought to room temperature first.
