Homemade Chicken Cacciatore, Sicilian-Style
wonderful!!! made with boneless chicken breasts, cut time in half!! very tasty and i added more garlic and mushrooms. was great with the burgundy wine sauce. served over egg noodles. big hit!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
The best i"ve ever made! Very light and fluffy, made it exactly as says with the exception of a dash of cinnamon. Next time i will substitute with butter and use whole wheat flour. I'm sure it will be great!
