I'm a happily married (12 years) to a wonderful man with whom I have an 8 year old soon with. We LOVE to entertain and cook wonderful meals for our large group of family and friends! I love to find new recipes to experiment with! I really enjoy cooking a large meal. Prime Rib, pork roast, etc...with all the wonderful trimmings! Thanksgiving dinner would have to be my favorite! We have our family over to enjoy the wonderful traditional Thanksgiving dinner. My grandma's stuffing recipe is alway a hit! She made the best! Serving to a large group and somehow coming out with the perfect amount of food! I made a great cake to take to a summer BBQ and on the way (because the weather was sooo hot), the cake literally fell! The frosted layers melted right there in my lap and by the time we arrived the cake was a mess. I hid the cake in her fridge until time to eat it and we all got a huge laugh! It still tasted great, but the sight of it was so embarrasing!
