Cowboy Caviar
Didn't like this at all. Made it as directed but I should have used my own judgement and left out the cilantro and use only half the pepper and onion.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
This was great - even though I only had bread flour and had to do all of the mixing by hand.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies
These are the only peanut butter cookies I make. The peanut butter flavor really comes through because there is no flour to dilute it. Everyone who tries them, loves them.
