Romanian Apple Cake
My husband is Romanian, and he absolutly loved this cake. The only thing I did different was to add 2tsp. of cinnamon instead of 1 and it came out perfect. What a keeper!!!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I don't really care for potatoes, but I made these at the holidays and they were so delicious. These are just like my mother used to make. They will be a definitely be a regular at our house from now on.

Mexican Wedding Cookies
Couldn't be an easier or more delicious cookie, I have made this so many times since the holidays I don't need the recipe. This is my girls favorite cookie that I make. Thanks for sharing this easy recipe.
