Jim Kaczmarek's Chili
I'm not a chili person, I love it as is except I cut the salt considerably. I use maybe a teaspoon of Kosher salt and maybe 2 TAblespoons of the boullion granules.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I
This is super yummy. I add 1 small can of "mexi corn" (corn w/peppers), and use packaged/shredded chicken for tacos instead of cooking the chicken to save time. Thanks!!!!
