Gorgonzola Sauce
Using the modifications recommended (2.5 tbsp of butter, twice the cheese) it turned out perfectly. Just like the sauce served atop the nice restaurant near my home. Superb.

Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese
I have been trying for the past six months to get my children to eat asaparagus. Everything I tried didn't work. Tonight, they not only gobbled up every last spear I had prepared but asked for more. The best!
