Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

Husband loved it! i wasn't exactly sure if the bacon was done enough, a little under cooked gave it more of a hammy texture which was more fitting for the pasta (robust i guess) I also used the thick cut market bacon which takes a bit longer to cook. I'd make it again!

Banana Bread VIII

Not bad, lacking spice but not bad! I added a bunch of allspice and a dash of nutmeg and i think the smell of it baking was better than anything else. I would use this again, over and over!

It was alright, not as exciting as i had hoped. It could have been because i used applesauce instead of the oil. But still, i found it a little lacking. There are better recipes.

A big hit, i toasted some almonds with sugar in the oven. It gave it a nice subtle nutty flavor. I will make it again very very soon~

Hawaiian Bread II

A smashing hit at the super bowl party. I paired it with the tomato spinach spread from this site. They paired well together (although i did doctor the dip a bit, it was on the bland side, a little ramano cheese gave it flavor). People couldn't believe it was homemade!

they were a little on the dry side, but i take total responsibility for that. I used apple sauce instead of oil and i only made a batch of two. It actually worked! I recommend this with some chocolate frosting!

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

It was quite tasty, although i thought it might come out a little thicker. I did half regular vinegar and half apple cider and it was wonderful. I recommend for spinach salad. It coats wonderful!

Amazing! I used the directions and it turned out super duper hot. Maybe next time i'll go a little lighter on the cayenne. I used this recipe with the bbq chicken calzone recipe on this site and it was amazing!

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

They tasted just like the cookies you get from a grocery store bakery. I used all organic products and found that the guilt is a whole lot less!
