My cooking triumphs
I made a celebration dinner for myself and some friends that consisted of lemon garlic chicken, squash, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, and some more veggies. It was the first meal cooked entirely by myself and my friends ranted about.
My cooking tragedies
I attempted to make carrots for my s/o before he came home from work. I wanted to experiment rather than make just plain carrots. I ended up with lemon tasting carrots. Horrible.
