Fresh Spinach Salad
Wonderful Salad-especially the dressing. You absolutely must use a food processor for the dressing to have it turn out the way it is intended! I did use thin slices of purple onion & dried cranberries in the salad! It was a hit! YUM!

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad
Tasty recipe & quite easy to put together. I did add a little dill rather parsley. Everyone liked it.

Cauliflower Soup
Very tasty soup. I had a small amount of broccoli that I added also. Looked really colorful. I will make this again.
