I am a wife that loves to play with food. Throw anything at me and i will turn it into something delicious. I like cooking all kinds of things, from vegetables to meats, chicken and seafood. I am not a big fan of lamb and bunny's just because they are way to cute to eat :-) I hear they taste really good tough... Almost everything I make is a triumph and that's because i like to keep things simple and let the natural flavors shine. I am not really good at baking because i hate measuring stuff and it turns out that seems to be important when you bake. :-)
