Wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly and added 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme. The came out VERY puffed up, airy, and delicious! I suggest making a lot--I wish I had; but they're so simple I can make them any time! 5 stars!

Pumpkin Bread IV

This was my first time making bread from scratch and this was a fantastic recipe! Very easy and tasted delicious! I need need to leave it in the oven an extra 15-30 minutes than the recipe says. Overall, awesome and great for the fall! :) Will bake again next year.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This was fantastic. I only had strawberries, blueberries, & kiwi. I also only had grape jam. I was hesitant as to how that would taste, but it was amazing! I omitted the white sugar---it was very sweet, as other replies suggest. The cinnamon chips were also absolutely wonderful! This recipe is a great, delicious way to use up fruit!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Very good and very easy to make. Could actually taste the eggplant rather than just sauce and batter. Nice to have a healthy version of this favorite.
