Mom's Ground Beef Casserole
Excellent flavor, definitely a keeper. I used a 1 lb box of elbow macaroni onstead of the egg noodles and baked it in very shallow pans... turned out very good. Word of warning though, this dish is HEAVY, it will fill you up very fast.

Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker
Excellent taste, definitely the "potluck" style dish. Replace the ketchup with a good bbq sauce and halve or even quarter the sugar for more of a dinner entree appeal. we made this on the stove due to time constraints instead of the slow cooker and I would have to reccomend it instead.
