Mom's Zucchini Bread

Yummy! The best I have had yet. Everybody loved it. The only thing I did different was substituted applesauce for half of the oil.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

yummy!! I didn't have 2 items so the only thing I changed was that I used a 1/4c yo baby straberry banana yogurt and 1/4c milk, and kahula instead of vanilla. It still turned out great!

Black Bottom Cupcakes II

I think these are pretty good. I needed to use a block of cream cheese so I am glad I made these. The only thing is that I would cook them for about 25 min. I cooked them for 30 and that was a little to long.
