Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce
This is the closet recipe I can find to the restaurant zesty sauce. My husband is a huge skeptic and loved it. This recipe is a keeper.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I thought because of the buttermilk this would be awful being I'm not a buttermilk fan. I was wrong, this cornbread was awesome. I did decrease the sugar a bit to my own taste and still enjoyed it.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
Really good. Onion rings came out nice and crispy. I paired this with the blooming onion dipping sauce. YUMMY!
