Sushi & Tacos are my favorites but I am open to pretty much anything. Seasfood every holiday & Rice Rioc and more rice! Coming across this website a few years ago and making my very first extra fancy deli style cheesecake. Wow did I feel like a real cook! Anything that is simple and fast for myself but I love to cook a good meal for my family.
