Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
I made this recipe according to the recipe. I have never had broccoli cooked in the oven, but it was very good. The lemon was a unique flavor. I didn't feel it was to salty as some other reviewers did, but if you are worried I would just leave the salt out and put it on later to taste. Very good recipe!

Spinach Brownies
I made this for lunch yesterday. I really liked them, it was a very unique different idea for a recipe. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that I followed some tips by the other reveiwers instead of the exact recipe. I think with the origanal recipe the spinach would have been a little soggy and the overall recipe not quite as flavorful. I did add garlic and sauteed it before hand with the onion in 2 T butter and then added the spinach to wilt. Did not have to drain it at all. I also cut the butter in half and used 2 T to sautee and added the other 2 to the batter. I also sprinkled the top with parmesean cheese before baking. I think the feta as used by some other reviewers would also be wonderful in these. I have tried them warm, at room temp, and cold right out of the fridge, and reheated in the microwave. I think I like them warmed best.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
I made these potatoes for a side for dinner last night. I thought they were very good and the family liked them as well. The only thing I think I would do differently next time is to use a little less thyme. I love time but I felt it over powered the other flavors a little.
