This recipe has an excellent sweet flavor in the after taste. Don't be afraid to be liberal with the sugar. I also added about 1/2 a tsp of lemon pepper and used a few extra cloves of garlic. I don't have a grill, so I put a little oil on a skillet and grilled it up like that.

This was a great recipe but required a few modifications due to lack of ingredients. * Removed tomatoes * Added extra 1/4 cup wine, lots of extra garlic, and more olive oil * Added some red pepper for extra spice * Used additional 2 sausage links for more meat to pasta ratio

Fantastic recipe. Took the advice of some of the reviewers and made the following changes: * Doubled the amount of mushrooms used * Sauteed mushrooms in garlic and olive oil before using them * Used 12 oz. and put on 5 min before chicken was finished in oven * After chicken was removed from oven, added corn starch to thicken leftover sauce in tray Possible changes for next time: * use more broth to create more sauce (once thickened) * use 16oz of mozzarella
