I worked 7 years for a non profit in NYC until I quit to be a stay at home mom. With my new found time, I have interested in baking and creating new dishes. I don't do this on a daily basis, but I do when I have a free moment.
My favorite things to cook
I like to make my own tomato sauces. I also make my own salsa sauces. I like to cook fish and home made chicken nuggets.
My cooking triumphs
I have a beef barley veggie soup to die for. It's a real hit in my house.
My cooking tragedies
Hmm, I think the worst thing I ever made was a Shrimp recipe that called for a Thai flavoring the went really all wrong. No one liked it, it smelled funky! I went straight to the garbage. It was too bad I had to waste good shrimp like that.
