Very tender and juicy. I'm not a big fan of pork but this recipe was fabulous. I should note that I omitted the soy sauce as it didn't quite seem like it belonged.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Excellent. I marinated for 10 hours. Added red pepper flakes because we like things spicy and coated the vegis in olive oil. Cooked on my stove top grill. This is a keeper!

Spicy Southwestern Slaw

Absolutely loved this recipe. I omitted the cilantro because I didn't have any on hand and increased the vinegar to 3 T. I served this with grilled swordfish which was a perfect compliment.

Loved the recipe! I didn't have red potatoes on hand so I used russet. Also, my husband and I like a little more mustard so we added to taste. Not your usual potato salad.

Best Tuna Casserole

Added the suggested extra mushroom soup. Also added Cayenne and red pepper and substituted broccoli for the peas. Will definitely make it again.
