I am a proud wife and mother of 4 wonderful children. Well, my husband and I tend to differ on opinions of meals--he's a meat and potatoes person, and I love trying new, unique recipes! My biggest cooking triumph was the first time I ever really cooked a meal at 18 and it was a lasagna that I threw together from memory of how my dad made them when I was a kid. The lasagna noodles turned out horribly, so it was really more of a lasagna casserole, but tasted wonderful! I have since discovered oven-ready lasagna noodles and will never go back!! Oh, where do I begin?!
