Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
I made this recipe and just combined all the ingredients as others suggested. It was the best I've ever made and the entire thing was gone in minutes! I simpy sauteed the garlic in a pan on the stove top for 5 minutes, since I was pressed for time, and it softened it up just enough. It was the perfect consitency. Great recipe and so easy!

Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies
For me, this was the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever made at home. Mine looked exactly like the picture, didn't spread, and were nice and soft. I wouldn't call them chewy, but they had a perfect consisitency. I followed the direction exactly, and my husband raved about them. However, I only got 20 cookies out of this recipe, instead of the 30 I thought I might get. GREAT RECIPE!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
First, I'd like to point out that if you are in a pinch, making this recipe just as stated, with beef broth in place of water, is absolutely delicious. The meat was wonderfully tender, even though I did not take the time to brown it. Furthermore, I served the meat, along with all the great gravy over a bed of whole wheat wide egg noodles. Everyone in the family loved it. I also stirred in a few handfuls of frozen peas at the end, just to add a bit more nutritional value to it. Great recipe, and I will be sure to make again!
