the sandwich was so flavorful and moist the only changes that I made was adding peppers to it and using provolone cheese. Because I like peppers on my cheese steak and that was only kind of cheese that I had

Sauteed Apples

The apples came out great every one loved them. I did not change a thing. I made them with smothered pork chops I wanted a change from homemade apple sauce. I will make it again

Bookbinder's Fabulous Cheesecake

This recipe was a hit. It was light and had a wonderful flavor I made a strawberry glaze with fresh strawberries and used more graham crackers to cover the bottom of the cake. I will make it again.

One Egg Lemon Pound Cake

I double the recipe to put it in a bundt pan and i made a lemon glaze and a drizzle. Every one wants me to make them this cake. Also instead of the lemon extract i use about 5 tablespoons of lemon juice.
