I learned how to cook at the age of 13 because my mother broke her arm so I had to take over the job. She stood next to me and told me what to do. My favorite things to cook are red velvet cake, brownies, and Eggplant Parmesan My family cooking traditions are getting together for christmas and all making dishes. some make yams turkey ham and the list goes on. My family can burn. I make a chicken soup that is more like a meal it goes fast. The first time that i made red velvet cake i used regular butter not knowing that I had to use unsalted so my cake was salty.
