I am a mom of three boys who love to eat! One of my son's will eat just about anything and the other two are quite picky. I have learned to be creative with veggies like making regular can peas into cream peas! I love to cook and I look forward to one day having my own gourmet kitchen. I enjoy cooking all kind of things. I'm always looking for something quick because of our busy household. For Thanksgiving I enjoy the traditional food that everyone has. Turkey & Ham, stuffing, sweet potatoes, pecan pie, pumpkin desserts, ect... However, we always have so much leftovers that I am ready for something different for Christmas. I have been cooking Italian food for Christmas for the past few years.
