Half way through the process of making these, I told my BF that these better be good...it takes awhile to make them. They were fantastic. I followed the directions exactly except didn't use the olives since neither of us like them. BF said it was the best enchiladas he's every had, and we both love Mexican food. Highly recommended and will make again!

WOW...These are to die for. I wasn't sure if they would flatten since the batter is a little thinner than regular cookies, but they turned out perfect. Followed the directions exactly. Like little cookie cakes...I'm going to double the batch and freeze some. Wow!

I've never tried Curry, and wasn't sure I'd like it, and my boyfriend is a major Curry fan. I made this and he said it was better than most resturants. The best he's had! I even liked it...thanks!
