Hearty Sausage and Rice Casserole
Yummy! I made this with what I had on hand. I used spicy sausage, a green bell pepper and a 4 oz can of mushrooms. I didn't have marjoram since I didn't have any. I would definitely suggest using low sodium chicken stock. I used regular stock and the dish was a bit too salty even for me who adds salt to everything at the table. I will be making this again.

Burrito Pie
I came across this recipe while looking for good make ahead meals. With 1700 mostly good reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. It was just ok, nothing fantastic. I made it as written other than omitting black olives. I ended up with a 9x13 casserole and a 8x8 in the freezer. I may make this again in the future but it won't be any time soon.

Chicken Pot Pie II
I made this for dinner last night and it was a hit. I used boneless chicken breasts and 2 potatoes but kept to the recipe for the other ingredients. There was enough filling for two pies so I have one in the freezer. There wasn't very much liquid so I ended up thickening another can of chicken stock and pouring it over the filling before covering with the pie crust. Thanks for the recipe!
