Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins
very healthy and not to sweet i made it as a loaf and added oats to it and put cream cheese frosting on top, then I sprinkled the oats cinnamon & brown sugar on top,and was so good I had used canned yams cause i didnt have sweet potatoes and it was good. will definetly make again but with pumpkin

Cathy's Banana Bread
this bread was ok , but my kids loved it and they are picky and my neighbor also loved it , i added a handful of oatmeal & walnuts, i'll probaly make it again cause my neighbor wanted me to make her more

Citrus Chicken and Rice
i made this for my kids and husband the chicken tasted plain i seasoned it and added lemon and orange to it to give it flavor and the rice was ok i probaly wont make it again though.
