Old-Fashioned Peach Cream Pie
This is a very tasty recipe. I thought the topping was just a little too sweet, so next time I may cut back a little on the sugar. Also, I used a deeper pie plate so I will increase the amount of filling, including adding more peaches. It does puff up during baking, then settles back in. I did sprinkle some cinnamon on the peach filling before baking also. This is even better when cooled in the refrigerator. Thanks for a great recipe. I will definately make it again in the summer with some fresh peaches! FOOTNOTE: My father-in-law thought this was one of the best peach pies he's ever had!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
Like many others, I didn't have garlic spread on hand, so I made my own using a variety of suggestions from others. Since we love garlic, I added more for the filling, plus some garlic powder. This was absolutely delicious! The leftovers were gone too soon, so we will make this again! Thanks for a great recipe

Blueberry Sour Cream Pound Cake
I've never made a pound cake before, so for my first try, I was very impressed! This is an excellent recipe. A little bit of work, but so worth it. I also didn't have any butter flavoring, but it doesn't need it. I sprayed the pan with butter flavor cooking spray and it came out fine. My husband bought extra blueberries on his next shopping trip so I would make it again! He also loved the almond flavoring. Definately a hit, so I will make this over and over and over.....
