I freelance as a database programmer and have been a senior programmer for varying companies in California. I enjoy the freedom and independence and lets me be close to home and enjoy my love of cuisine. I enjoy cooking anything from scratch, new recipes and age-old recipes. great grandmother's chicken and dumplings, grandmother's carrot cake.. making my own pasta. My mother had all the cooking triumphs; she was a Nestle, Pilsbury and County fair winner across the board. I miss her very much. mistake chocolate chip cookies. My husband adores the recipe. He says my mistakes taste good!
