Peppy's Pita Bread
I didn't want to turn the oven on so I heated up my gas grill, oiled the grates and grilled the flatbreads. Awesome!

French Breakfast Puffs
Made in mini muffin tin, make sure you incorporate all the sugar in the dough as others have said. Try with powder sugar glaze for a doughnut hole effect.

Blueberry Bars
Added cream cheese to the crust part on accident, but made a very tasty breakfast/coffeecake!
