Very good and easy. I left the nuts out since my family does not care for them. It is a little oily but I will try some of the things others used to absorb some of the oil next time. Oh and its 3 year old approved :)

So easy to put together and have ready in the freezer for an on the go breakfast. I used English Muffins and just white American cheese, and they were super yummy!! My 3 year old can't get enough of them and he loves to help make them too.

I dont have access to Bob Evans products so I used regular sausage and I did not care for this at all, my dog loved it since he got most of it. I also use ground turkey because thats what I use in all dishes that call for hamburger, that may have worked against this meatloaf even though I have made many different meatloafs using ground turkey and they turn out really good.
