Hello, my name is Jennifer. I enjoy cooking...but I'm not very good, and I'd like to change that soon as I hope to take over hosting the Christmas family get together some day. I don't feel confident enough in the kitchen and that just won't do. I love making desserts, but mostly anything I know that I can decorate later. Every year during Christmas my grandmother makes everyone flan. I've never made a flan but I hope to learn. I have made four cheesecakes in my life and the fourth one was near perfect. Not a crack to be seen and it tasted great. I almost didn't want to eat it I was so proud. I was trying to make a cheesecake the very first time and it kind of imploded on itself. I'm not sure what happened or how I managed it, but it was awful. It didn't even taste good.
