I think what sums up my cooking is a feature that got left off the Food Interests area - I like foods that are INTERESTING. I love new food combinations, spices, and presentations that make eating an interesting experience. I could cook and eat Chili forever. A perfect turkey for Thanksgiving, 1984. Never had one. If it was too bad we just go out and eat. Never stop trying.
