Amazingly Good Eggnog

I used one vanilla bean instead of extract, only 8 eggs, and heavy whipping cream because I couldn't fine light, added 1/2 cup more sugar and didn't use any alcohol. This is the best eggnog me and the family have ever tried!

This is such a good recipe! I've made it as it states and with subs like apple juice, ginger ale, and peach tea, and frozen strawberries and it still came out delicious. Thanks for such a good one.

Microwave Lemon Curd

Mine took about 3 mins to cook. I tried this recipe two times before and over cooked it (it was horrible) this time I read through a few reviews to see if any one else had timing issue and since most peoples were done around 2 to three mins thats what I went with. I made a lime curd. It was delish! Good recipe you just have to figure out the time of your own microwave.

Hot and Spicy Tofu
