Creamy Chicken Lasagna
I loved this recipe - crowd pleaser! I used a garlic rotisserie chicken instead, and came out very tasty!

Chicken-Fried Steak Strips
This was very tasty! Like some other reviewers, I used cubed steaks and flavored the meat with salt & pepper before dipping in the egg and flour. I cooked it slowly and it came out perfectly. Thanks for the great recipe!
