Easy Vodka Sauce
I like this vodka sauce over the other ones here because it sticks to the basic essentials. If people want to add stuff to it, go for it, but this is good for the basics. I used vegetable oil instead of butter and evaporated milk instead of cream, and I added prosciutto and pepper to make it spicy. It came out quite well!

Blue Cheese Dip I
The taste was excellent, but it's more of a creamy spread than a "dip." Worked all right on hot wings, but it would probably be better with crackers, as many other reviewers have done.

French Toast I
Like the recipe says, there are many variations of this basic recipe. Cut the milk in half, add a tablespoon of spiced rum, and use 4 thick slices of cinnamon bread and real maple syrup. That's my brother's "secret" french toast recipe, and the best french toast I've ever had! Enjoy.
