It's a big world out there!
About this Cook
I am a teenage cook :) I am homeschooled, and am entering my Freshman (YEAH I'M A FRESHMAN) year in high school - I am mostly different than most kids - I am the only person I know who : has goats for a pet, has been ill with a cronic disease, doesn't date (Courtship rocks), and doesn't watch R rated movies -- My goal in life is to become a speech therapist, get married and have as many kids as possible i.e. 7+
My favorite things to cook
Breads! And other things 'specially desserts
My favorite family cooking traditions
I usually make doughnuts with my Grandmother; usually after ash wednesday (the day after). we usually do plain, and cinnamon and sugar.
My cooking triumphs
the first time I made bread when I was 11-12.
My cooking tragedies
me and my lil' sis were in such a hurry that we put baking soda in our cupcakes other than baking powder. They turned out extremly terrible!

Braided Egg Bread
Excellent Bread! The only different thing I did was leave out the poppy seeds. It was amazing with Thanksgiving dinner - Everyone loved it. However, this did take a long time to rise - but that may have been only because the chef put it in a cold place to rise (why?? I have no idea) but all things considered, it was very good. I will make this again, just for fun eats :) ***** 5 stars

French Breakfast Puffs
An instant family treat! However, if you are trying to stay away from sugar, DO NOT MAKE THESE -- THEY ARE ADDICTING!!!

Sweet Grilled Cheese
This recipe was really (REALLY) sweet. I wouldn't make it again, but it tasted o.k.
