Hi. My name is Elizabeth Ann. I've been cooking all my life, but learned a great deal and acquired my culinary training from 8 years at a Global Restaurant Chain in Product Development. I also greatly enjoy photography, and am very interested in learning food styling, which would be a wonderful combination of the two talents. I hope I can contribute to this site and share some recipes and knowledge, and gain some as well.
My favorite things to cook
I love working with different types of proteins, as well as marinades, flavors, sauces and dressings to compliment them. And who doesn't love desserts!!!! I'm not a great baker, but I still like to try once in a while, and have a few tricks up my sleeve. :)
My cooking triumphs
They are just too numerous to state here. But I would have to say some of the menu items I developed that actually made it to the restaurant menu and have stayed there is definitely a triumph. Even though I don't work there any longer, I can still say to my friends and family, "Hey, I developed that!"
My cooking tragedies
Every Tragedy is a learning experience, so I don't ever think of it as a tragedy! Disappointment yes, but no tragedy.
