About this Cook
I'm a mom of 3. I try to feed them as healthy as possible. My husband works 80+ hours a week so it's just me at home most of the time.
My favorite things to cook
Casseroles, chicken pot pie, mac and cheese (homemade of course)
My cooking tragedies
I'm really bad with rolling... that is my husbands job

Western Ribs
I also had 6lbs so I doubled the recipe. I didn't have tomato juice, so I used a can of fire roasted crushed tomatoes. I added about 2 gloves of garlic to the sauce. This was PERFECT! Everyone in the family loved them. This is a keeper :)

French Toast II
This is great! My kids love it. I cut it into sticks so they can dip them. I also don't soak them. I flip it a few times in the batter and that is it. You can also cut these into sticks, put them on a baking sheet and put in the freezer for a few hours. Then put in zip lock baggies. Then you can have them ready to eat whenever! Great for kids breakfasts :)

Baked Spaghetti
Great! I made some of the other changes and it came out great! I made this for 6 children and 5 adults... everyone had seconds!
