I've been cooking for more than 40 years, but only in the last 5 years have I begun to realize what a creative outlet I have in the kitchen. It seems to bring joy to family and friends. It's a fellowshipping experience to make and serve the food to others, and I love new combinations that surprise myself and others with good taste.

I like breads, casserols,vegetable entres,ethnic dishes,and quick and easy meal ideas, salmon cakes, taco soup.

Baking for the holidays, and big Sunday meals

Quick breads: ie banana nut,Applesauce Raisin w/pecans,Cranberry sauce w/orange bread, standing rib roast, scones.
My cooking tragedies
cake batter all over the kitchen and counters. Burning the rolls because I fell asleep. Double portion of applesauce in the bread mix,I forgot I already added the applesauce.
